1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ustoto", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ustoto online betting platform operated at the domain ustoto.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the ustoto platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1. Creating an Account

To access ustoto's services, you must register a user account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah is the only supported currency)

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur.

4.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing ustoto from a shared or public device.
• Notify ustoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ustoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.3. One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one account with ustoto. Opening multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ustoto detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and winnings may be forfeited.

4.4. KYC Verification

ustoto is required by law to verify the identity of all users. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last 3 months
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face (if requested by ustoto's compliance team)

KYC verification must be completed before you can process your first withdrawal. Deposits may be accepted prior to verification, but withdrawal requests will be held until satisfactory identity documentation is provided and approved.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2. Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be requested to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. To request a withdrawal, navigate to the "Withdraw" section of your account dashboard and follow the on-screen instructions.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum Withdrawal per Transaction: Rp 100,000,000 (may vary by VIP tier)

ustoto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors may deduct fees from the transferred amount. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and may be delayed if additional documentation is required.

5.3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

ustoto is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. If you deposit funds and request a withdrawal without placing any bets, ustoto reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount or decline the withdrawal request entirely.

Suspicious transactions or patterns of behavior may trigger additional AML checks, including source-of-funds verification. ustoto cooperates with law enforcement and financial authorities as required by Indonesian law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. Bonus Eligibility

6.2. Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

Example: If you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 (100,000 × 10) before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.

6.3. Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Placing opposite bets (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Using betting systems or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gambling
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes

ustoto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.

7. Betting Rules

7.1. Sports Betting

ustoto offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sports, including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and esports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as published on the ustoto platform.

In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bet settlement will follow industry-standard rules. Generally:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid.
• If a match is canceled or not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, settlement depends on the specific market rules (e.g., "match winner" bets may be voided, while "first goal scorer" bets may stand if the goal was scored before abandonment).

7.2. Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to rapid odds changes based on real-time match events. ustoto makes every effort to ensure odds are accurate and up-to-date, but technical delays may occur. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ustoto reserves the right to void that bet and refund your stake.

7.3. Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). ustoto uses third-party data providers to verify results. In cases of disputed results, ustoto's decision is final.

8. Casino Game Rules

8.1. Slot Games

All slot games on the ustoto platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and others. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is displayed in the game information panel.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game experiences a technical error (freeze, crash, display glitch), the round will be voided and your stake will be refunded.

8.2. Live Casino

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ustoto platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets without manual input.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. Suspension by ustoto

ustoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via email. You may appeal the suspension by contacting customer support with evidence to support your case. ustoto's decision on appeals is final.

10.2. Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10.3. Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. If your account has a pending bonus with wagering requirements, you must forfeit the bonus before withdrawal.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, ustoto and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be Indonesian.

15. Changes to Terms

ustoto reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email and display a notice on the platform. Continued use of ustoto services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
